‘Venom’ actor Riz Ahmed to release solo single
By Bryan Durham - October 1, 2018
The rapper even got his co-star Tom Hardy and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel to promote his single, Mogambo
In a couple of days (October 3), ‘Venom’ actor Riz Ahmed will have released his first solo single called Mogambo. The Emmy-winning and Golden Globe-nominated British Pakistani actor otherwise pursues his passion for music as one half of rap duo Swet Shop Boys.
While there’s little to go by, Riz tweeted a teaser last week…
Turn it up….It’s a fuckin banger. #Mogambo drops next week. pic.twitter.com/ojZ6gTCXSL

He then went on Jimmy Kimmel’s show to promote his upcoming film, Venom and even got the show host to mouth the famous Bollywood dialogue, ‘Mogambo khush hua” from the film Mr India. The villain’s name also happens to be the name of his solo single.
The moment when @jimmykimmel said “mogambo khush hua”. 😂😎

He even got his Venom co-star Tom Hardy to say the line and we have to say, Hardy’s (who has winningly played Bane in The Dark Knight Rises) rendition gives us the chills…
