The richest under-30 Brits happen to be musicians
By Bryan Durham - October 31, 2018
Well, most of them, actually
Adele has topped a list of the richest Brits in the entertainment business. The ‘Hello’ singer topped Heat’s Rich List 2018 — their “annual list of the UK’s wealthiest celebs aged 30 or under” with a whopping £147.5million, the third time she has done so.
Most notably (and not surprisingly), the Top 10 list also features all the 1D bandmates, Little Mix, Ed Sheeran and Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson (from the Harry Potter movie series).
In the top 30 are artists like Manchester band The 1975 (#25), indie band The xx (#18), Jessie J (#17), Rita Ora (#16), Winston Marshall of Mumford & Sons (#15) and Sam Smith (#12).
Here’s how they ranked in the top 10…
10. Zayn Malik (£37m)
9. Liam Payne (£43m)
8. Louis Tomlinson (£44m)
7. Niall Horan, (£46m)
6. Little Mix, £48m
5. Emma Watson (£55m)
4. Harry Styles (£58m)
3. Daniel Radcliffe (£87m)
2. Ed Sheeran (£94m)
1. Adele (£147.5m)
