‘Sawarne Lage’ from Mitron is a love song you fall instantly in love with

Jubin Nautiyal and Tanishk Bagchi come together for Sawarne Lage, a love song that holds you the moment you hear it. No, it’s not a remake but an original from Mitron, a film starring Jackky Bhagnani and Kritika Kamra.

A love song that marries an old-world charm to a powerful bassline, it also features Nikhita Gandhi singing the female portions. It tells of changing who you are for the one you love and for the better.

Tanishk has also written the lyrics for the EDM-tinged track and they’re actually pretty relatable in the sense that you can hum the tune and recall the words long after you’ve heard the song.

The song shows a good-for-nothing character played by Jackky Bhagnani besotted by Kritika Kamra’s character and how the two set up a food truck and understand the responsiblities that come with a job.

Says Kritika of the song, “I love every song on the album but Sawarne Lage gets an extra like from me. It’s so beautiful and easy to the ears.”

Tanishk mentions the brief, “I had to create a sound that fans would love instantly and when I shared this with Jackky and Nitin Sir (Kakkar, the director of the film), they loved it! I dedicate this to my fans who have been wanting to hear my original sound.”

Jubin adds, “Sawarne Lage is my present personal favourite’’

Mitron releases on September 14.
