It would be a travesty to even insinuate that one isn’t aware of who Rahul Dev Burman aka Pancham da is. The man who opened our ears to sonic experiences that were way ahead of their time and some that have outlasted the films they were made for, is no more with us, but his music lives on.

On his 79th anniversary, it would be remiss for us to not remember him by some of the sweetest hits crafted by his hand with the likes of Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle and other stellar talents.

He was, is and always will be, an inspiration to lovers of good music anywhere in this world.
