Predominantly comprising dance music artists and indie rock acts, the fifth edition of Vh1 Supersonic also sees legendary Jamaican rapper Sean Paul as the final headliner of the event on Stage 1 (the others being Major Lazer, marshmello on Stage 1 and alt-J, Hypnotic Brass Ensembleand Incubus on Stage 2).

The rapper – known for songs as diverse and popular as Rockabye, Cheap Thrills, No Lie and Temperature to name a few, returns to India after a five-year gap.

About his Indian visit, he said, “I am really looking forward to going to India again, it’s always a great vibe there and I know the fans will enjoy the vibe I am about to bring; it will be super-sonic. I am ready to try some new cuisine there too, let’s see how that goes. ” By the way, Happy Birthday to you, Sean!
