Hugel: I’m making an aftermovie for India, would love to shoot music video here!

French DJ/Producer Hugel was in Pune recently to perform at is a known name in EDM circles for his official remakes for billboard artists like David Guetta, J Balvin and Charlie Puth. Spending time between London and his residency in Ibiza, he grew up in Marseilles, France.
His remix for El Profesor’s Bella Ciao went viral last year when it featured in the hit Netflix series La Casa del Papel, going platinum in several countries in Europe. His release with Robin Schulz, I Believe I’m Fine was certified gold in several countries as well.
In India for the Sunburn Festival, he performed at Mi-a-Mi at the JW Marriott in Pune for their Sunburn After Dark series and from the looks of his Instagram Stories Highlights, had enough time to take in sights, sounds et al before bringing the house down with his banging set.

India is a country full of spirituality🇮🇳 you can feel it in the air. • In occident a lot of people say « No Religion is the new Religion » and you ? do you believe in something ?🤔 • Comment below 👇🏼 • #hugel #dj #producer #pune #mumbai #delhi #india #culture #travelblogger #offwhite #ootd #outfit #outfitsinspiration #humans #union #world #spirituality
We reached out to Hugel to ask him about his experience this time around (he’s been to India before) and he said, “It was good”.
But ask him if he was inspired enough to shoot a music video here like Major Lazer or DJ Snake and he only offers, “I’m doing a video for India already. But yes, a music video would be cool.”
When asked to clarify if his doing a “video for India” meant an aftermovie, he replied in the affirmative.
Well, looking forward!>
