Guess who’s following Gully Gang king DIVINE?

DIVINE might’ve started from the gully, but today, he hasn’t just become the voice of the streets, he’s become the voice of a generation.

The growl’s grown into a roar, with the rapper starting his own label, albeit a little later than screen ‘Gully Boy’ Ranveer Singh’s InkInc Records.
DIVINE’s Gully Gang Records dropped their first single with a seven-rapper cypher, (unimaginative title, though technically correct) Gully Gang Cypher.
One thing has come through, according to an observer present at the recent launch of Gully Gang Cypher. His audience has changed. Not just a darling of the streets anymore, the major chunk of people who showed up for the ticketed event at the upscale Khar venue were from the upper echelons of society.
DIVINE didn’t really perform at the launch, instead letting his signings shine. It was their night after all and few had actually heard them before that evening.
Say what you will, the Jungli Sher is now king of a bigger jungle.
