In the poem, he writes about his struggles and how he managed to reach where he has. The poem, written in Hindi, talks about his dream of coming to Mumbai, about how many people migrate to the City of Dreams and the struggle of being in the city.

We totally feel you Ayushmann, we know the struggle of surviving in a city like Mumbai and we’d just like to congratulate you on your journey and on that totally deserving National Award.
