Akshay Kumar is all set to turn rapper for Houseful 4!

After Ranveer Singh, its Akshay Kumar who has decided to lend his voice as a rapper for one of his films.

Though we all know that a recording studio is not strange for Akshay Kumar, he has lent his voice earlier in tracks in movies such as Singh Is King (2008), Special 26 (2013) and Its Entertainment (2014). He has decided to take his skills a notch higher this time, and is apparently ready to turn rapper for Houseful 4!

A source reveals, “Farhad Samji, who was one of the directors of It’s Entertainment, had convinced Akshay to croon the title track for the comedy. This time too, it was his idea that Akki explores his rapping skills. While producer Sajid Nadiadwala jumped at the idea, the producer-director duo then convinced their leading man to give his nod.”
What we know for now is that it’s a Tanishk Bagchi composition (is it a remakeeee??) though yet to be recorded.

The movie also features Bobby Deol (woah after long) and Ritesh Deshmukh as his partners in crime, the promotional track will be shot solely on Akki.
The Houseful series has always been belonging to Akshay more than anyone and we hope the track of him rapping in the movie does some good to it.
